- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von geführten Radtouren
- Gruppenführung, Motivation und Hilfestellung bei technischen Problemen
- Durchführung grundlegender Fahrradreparaturen
- Fahrzeug- und Ausrüstungscheck (Bike, Helm, Schutzkleidung, Reparaturset)
- Umsetzung des Rahmenprogramms am Nachmittag und am Abend
- Herzliche und aufmerksame Betreuung unserer Gäste
- Aktive Mitwirkung im Show- und Unterhaltungsprogramm

Dein Profil
- Begeisterung für Outdooraktivitäten und Leidenschaft im Umgang mit unseren Gästen
- Top Fahrradfähigkeiten und Kompetenz rund um Radsportarten, wie z.B. Rennrad, Mountainbike (Gefühl für Touren-/Wetterverhältnisse, Sicherheit, Technik)
- Grundkenntnisse in Fahrradtechnik (Reifenwechsel, Bremsen prüfen, Kettenpflege)
- Erfahrung in der motivierenden Führung und Koordination von Gruppenaktivitäten
- hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
