Up to £31,254 PA + gratuities
We’re looking for someone with strong front-of-house experience, confidence leading a team and a genuine passion for hospitality.

What the role involves:
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager across all front-of-house operations
- Leading, coaching and motivating the service team
- Maintaining standards across restaurant, bar and private events
- Being a visible, confident presence on the floor
What we're looking for:
- Solid front-of-house experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment
- Natural leadership — someone the team looks to
- Genuine passion for great service and food
- Someone who wants to be part of something, not just pass through
- Langue requise: Anglais. Gallois est un plus
