We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
- Manage and maintain your assigned section efficiently during service.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Assist in various areas of the kitchen as required.
- Help train and mentor Commis Chefs.
- Assist with stock takes and ordering supplies when necessary.
- Monitor portion control and minimise food waste.
- Ensure all food is prepared in line with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Flexible and available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail.
- Langue requise: Anglais.
