We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our Italian restaurant in Ibiza for the season.
The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high culinary standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure excellent food quality, kitchen organization, and team coordination.

- Previous experience as Sous Chef or strong experience as Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean and Italian cooking techniques.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and support the team during service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Availability to work in Ibiza for the season.
- Valid work permit / EU papers required.
- Langue requise: Italien.
