1、 Be responsible for the full process of welcoming and seeing off
VIPs, check-in care and exclusive services, and maintain the hotel's brand
image.
2、Establish guest profiles, create relevant reports, and
participate in training meetings.
3、Coordinate with all operation departments to
ensure the arrangements for all VIPs before their check-in
4、Follow up on and address guest feedback in a
timely manner, record feedback information, and ensure guest satisfaction
5、Assist in managing employees' appearance and
discipline, conduct on-the-job training, and implement safety regulations.

À propos de vous
1.Hospitality/tourism degree preferred; 1+ years’guest relation experience in international hotels.
2.Fluent in English; additional language skills(Chinese) preferred.
3.Cross-culturally adaptable, able to integrate well into team environments, strong learning ability with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, open to job rotation training.
