Your Role: As a Sales & Events Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and guests. Your ability to plan, coordinate, and manage events with precision and enthusiasm will be essential in ensuring success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events such as conferences, corporate days, and weddings.
• Conduct site inspections on the property for potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
• Maximize revenue by managing bookings, forecasting, and billing.
• Coordinate group business, ensuring smooth transitions between sales and operations.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure each event will run seamlessly.
• Ensure event documentation is accurate and distributed on time.
• Attend meetings to discuss upcoming events and troubleshoot issues.
• Negotiate with suppliers as needed.

Role Requirements:

• An excellent command of the English language both verbally and written.
• 1-2 years experience working in events and administration in a hotel or venue.
• Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Computer literate with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
