In the 12th century the Château was a Knights Templar commandery, taking advantage of the sweeping views over the Côte d’Azur. Today we present a five-star hotel, a place of cultured tranquility, where couples, families and private parties will all be charmed by the countryside’s rare beauty and the delicious flavours of France.

There is high gastronomy at Le Saint-Martin, leisurely lunches at L’Oliveraie and cocktails infused with Riviera fruits, sipped by our pool or the terrace of Le Rossini.
