Specific modules enhance the international focus of the programme and the international experience of the student. Key areas of study are Communications, Management, Law and Industry Studies. Since European languages are becoming increasingly important, you also have the option to study one European language. Subjects studied include business communications, intercultural awareness, fundamentals of accounting, international hospitality industry studies, food and beverage practice, marketing, restaurant operations, hospitality management operations, bar & beverage management, hospitality information systems, hospitality law, and strategic management. There is a six-month work placement in Year 3. On graduation, you may proceed to postgraduate studies leading to the award of MSc, MPhil or PhD at research institutes and universities worldwide.

The diploma is divided into 3 modules: Developing Customer Service Skills - learn to work with customers, how to listen and communicate and more.
