Students have the opportunity to choose the duration of the programme, namely:
- 3-year period of study (6 semesters) – students graduate with a Bulgarian Professional Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, issued by VUM and a British Degree BA(Hons) International Hospitality Management by Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.
- 4-year period of study (8 semesters) – students graduate with a Bulgarian Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, issued by VUM and a British Degree BA(Hons) International Hospitality Management by Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.
The diploma is divided into 3 modules:
Developing Customer Service Skills - learn to work with customers, how to listen and communicate and more.
Developing Telephone handling and administrative skills - learn to deal with security, how to communicate via telephone, database management and more.
Developing Business Communication Skills - develop CV writing skills, business writing skills, interview skills and get to grips with the Microsoft Office suite.
