Role: Experienced Craft Baker – Day Shift Production
We’re looking for an experienced craft baker to join our day shift production team at Vienna Bakery in Jersey.
Who We Are
Vienna Bakery is a long-established, family-run craft bakery, proudly baking fresh bread and pastries every day for the island. With decades of experience behind us, we combine traditional methods with modern techniques, supplying both our busy shop and customers across Jersey. Our bakery is dedicated to producing fresh, handcrafted bread daily. Our range includes traditional English loaves, soft hamburger rolls, European-style speciality breads, and a selection of viennoiserie. We take pride in traditional processes, high standards, and consistent quality.
The Role
You’ll be part of our day shift production team, involved in the full baking process—from mixing and fermentation through to shaping, baking, and finishing. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands craft baking and enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
