Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and they address all guest queries politely and knowledgeably.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
• Ensure high quality cleaning service at public areas of hotel
• Service guest bedrooms by order of floor/section to the required standard
• Restock/replace items in rooms and bathrooms for guest use that have run out of stock or need replacement
• Make bed professionally following standard procedure
• Service bathrooms by washing and emptying bins; wash all glass surfaces and floors; clean shower, bath, basin, bidet, and toilet to the best quality standard
• Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the management
- Dipartimento: Housekeeping

• Previous Experience in Housekeeping
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn
• Able to work shifts, including early morning, nights and weekends
• Candidates who are already in possession of the Skills Pass will be preferred
