Summary of Position
The Cleaner performs routine cleaning tasks based on the approved cleaning process,
ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Duties & Responsibilities
Continuous Cleaning
• Perform routine cleaning of furniture, walls, floors, ceilings, and toilets with continuous
checks.
Personal Grooming & Hygiene
• Maintain proper personal grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
Utensils Washing
• Wash utensils periodically to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use.
Heavy Equipment Cleaning
• Clean heavy equipment on a daily basis to ensure optimal performance and
cleanliness.
Equipment Handling
• Operate cleaning tools and machines responsibly and safely.
• Follow proper handling, labeling, and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals.
• Always wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when using chemicals
or operating cleaning equipment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• All surfaces and assigned areas remain visibly clean and sanitized throughout
operations.
• Zero breakage or damage to cleaning equipment, kitchen tools, or facility materials.
• PPE is consistently worn and used correctly during all cleaning tasks.
• All chemicals are used, stored, and labeled according to safety guidelines.
• No safety incidents reported due to cleaning negligence or chemical misuse.
• Attendance is reliable, with the cleaner consistently reporting on time for scheduled
shifts.
