Job Description

Residence Lounge Butler is at the center of every guest experience at Raffles Boston Residences. The Raffles Butler will strive to listen attentively, observe the little details, and personalize interactions with the aim to anticipate and be intuitive of residents’ needs and wants.  An ambassador of the hotel, he or she will take the lead in delivering the renowned Raffles Butler service as well as in orchestrating the Raffles curated experiences, ensuring that the Raffles brand experience is fully expressed across the residents journey. A well-rounded and skilful individual, he or she possesses extensive understanding in front office, housekeeping and food & beverage, spa and other touch points. The butler will working towards overall operational excellence, guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front office, housekeeping or guest experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain performance under pressure.
• Creative and service oriented with keen eye for detail.
• Results driven, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
