Job Description

• Follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management
• As an Ambassador for the Spa this role will establish and build strong guest relations and manage an effective retention programme whilst driving and delivering Swissôtel standards  
• Assists the Spa & Wellness Director in preparation, submission and distribution of all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
• Assists the Spa & Wellness Director in driving operating criteria whilst optimising financial performance through revenue generation and cost control. 
• Supports Spa & Wellness Director and other wellness management team when needed.
• Maintains operating wellness concept and be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of services in relation to consistency with policies, philosophy and objectives for the wellness.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining staff rosters according to business demands, ensuring adequate cover to maximise the efficiency.
• Interviews, trains, schedules, monitors employee performance, discipline and completes payroll for all personnel who report to him/her.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in Wellness in a Luxury Property
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Well informed on Wellbeing activities
• Hands on approach on day to day operation
• Knowledge of local regulations related to Spa, Fitness and Wellness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent team relationship skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
