Each of our 340 stylishly designed rooms and suites, offers views of the Burj Khalifa, Canal view, and Business Bay district.
Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Experience intern to join the team at Pullman Dubai Downtown. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing a naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive, level of service to all our guests from arrival to departure.
You will be expected to
- Become a front desk genius, mastering the art of check-ins, check-outs, and turning guests into raving fans!
- Dive into the digital realm of hotel booking software, becoming a tech-savvy hospitality hero.
- Channel your inner self by supporting various departments, from housekeeping to food and beverage, and beyond!
- Join forces with your fellow interns in epic team meetings, brainstorming ways to make guest experiences unforgettable.
- Embrace your role as a hospitality professional, ready to assist across all hotel functions and emerge as the ultimate Pullman's Progress Champion
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree program from a reputed International Hospitality School
