We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals ready to gain hands-on experience in the operational departments of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Provide excellent guest service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Learn and use hotel management software for booking and guest information management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for guest arrival.
- Support the food and beverage team in restaurant and banquet operation
- Assist in administrative duties and support other departments as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Currently pursuing a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree program.
