Notre établissement recherche un(e) alternant(e) Administratif(ve) & RH Junior afin d’accompagner l’équipe dans les missions administratives et ressources humaines du quotidien.
Vos missions
En support de l’équipe administrative et RH, vous participerez notamment à :
- Le classement et l’archivage des documents (comptabilité/ RH)
- L’assistance administrative quotidienne (comptabilité/ RH)
- Le suivi de l'administration du personnel
- L’aide aux tâches RH courantes
- Traitement d'une partie de la paie extra
- Aide en comptabilité clients et fournisseurs
Profil recherché
- Vous préparez une formation en administration,
- Vous êtes organisé(e), sérieux(se) et motivé(e)
- Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques
- Vous souhaitez découvrir l’environnement administratif et RH dans l’hôtellerie
- Vous avez un niveau BAC / BAC+2
