Food & Beverage Trainee

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Trainee. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in launching their career in the hospitality industry and gaining hands-on experience in food and beverage operations at a renowned luxury hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the setup and preparation of dining areas for service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to service standards.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner, following proper etiquette.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food and beverage outlets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
