Reservation Agent

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Reservation Manager, the reservation agent assists Aman guests with their booking needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and advise guests who may be choosing from a variety of rooms options
• Check availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates
• Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest
• Processs with payments and send confirmation details to customers
• Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
• Sell and promote reservation services
• Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process
• Up-sell, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages
• Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated related vocational or similar schools
• Good at Opera programme usage
• Reservation service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Local candidates preferable
