We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie and Commis de cuisine to join our prestigious gourmet restaurant in the heart of Biarritz. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end culinary environment that values creativity, precision, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., fish, meat, or garnish)
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant’s high standards
- Supervise and support commis chefs and kitchen assistants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation in accordance with hygiene regulations
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and refine menu items
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies for your section
- Posizioni disponibili: 10
- 2300 euros net for Chef de partie/1900 for Commis de cuisine
- Accommodation is provided for free in a room for two in a shared apartment or studio for two

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fine dining or gourmet restaurant
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality cuisine
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English at a good working level
- European citizens
- Lingua richiesta: Inglese. Francese è un plus
