Wellness Cafe Manager

We're launching a new wellness hydration bar in central Zürich in July 2026. A premium, wellness-led concept built around clean, functional drinks and a calm retail experience. The opportunity is real. We're looking for our founding Store Manager to help bring it to life and run it from day one.

Tasks

• Oversee daily operations of the wellness cafe, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for all guests.


• Help implement a menu that aligns with the company's focus on longevity and aesthetics, featuring nutritious and delicious options.


• Train and manage cafe staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere and encouraging exceptional customer service.


• Collaborate with marketing to organize events and promotions that engage both new and returning customers.


• Monitor inventory and manage supplier relationships to ensure the cafe is always stocked with fresh and high-quality ingredients.

Requirements

• Experience in managing a cafe or similar hospitality setting.


• Strong understanding of wellness and aesthetic trends.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.


• Proficiency in inventory management and ordering supplies.
