Food & Beverage Assistant

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join a dynamic team in a well-established hotel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service while ensuring guests receive a warm, professional, and memorable experience throughout their visit.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years previous experience in a Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Bar, or Hospitality role

* Good written and spoken English

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods

* Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality

* Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends

* Well-presented and professional at all times

* Full understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

* Knowledge and adherence to HACCP regulations
