🌴 WE ARE HIRING: Housekeeping Attendants in the Maldives! 🇲🇻

Our guesthouse is managed by an organized and supportive Chinese team, ensuring smooth communication, a structured work environment, and excellent daily support for our international staff.

🧹 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to a high standard

• Change bed linens and towels

• Replenish guest amenities and supplies

• Assist with other routine housekeeping and guesthouse duties

💰 SALARY & AMAZING BENEFITS:

• Compensation: Fixed basic salary of $800 USD/month + Monthly Service Charge! 💵

• Living: FREE accommodation and 3 meals per day provided 🏡🍽️

• Legal & Health: We fully arrange and cover your Work Visa, Work Permit, and Employment Insurance 📑

• Paid Time Off: 15 days of paid annual leave after completing one full year of service 🏖️

• Flight Perks: One economy return flight benefit provided after each completed year (covered up to the equivalent value of a Malé ↔️ Shenzhen ticket)✈️

🕒 WORKING HOURS:

• 6 days a week with 1 day off 🗓️

• Rotating 8-hour shifts:

☀️ 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🌙 4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight

👤 REQUIREMENTS:

• Healthy, responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

• Happy and adaptable to both island life and shift work 🌴

• Basic English communication skills.

• Experience: Previous hotel, guesthouse, or cleaning experience is highly preferred. However, if you have no experience but a great attitude and willingness to learn, we still want to hear from you!

**Company Introduction**

We are a growing hospitality company based in the Maldives, dedicated to creating authentic and memorable island experiences for international travellers. Our business operates a collection of guesthouses on a local island, offering guests comfortable accommodation, warm service, and a genuine connection with Maldivian culture, nature, and community life.

In addition to our guesthouse operations, we are proud to operate the first liveaboard vessel in the Maldives. This enables us to offer distinctive sea-based travel experiences, including island-hopping, snorkeling, diving, fishing, and private excursions. By combining local-island stays with liveaboard adventures, we provide guests with a more flexible and immersive way to discover the Maldives.

Our team is international and service-oriented. We currently have two Chinese employees and are continuing to build a multicultural team that understands the needs of guests from different markets. As we expand our business and welcome more Russian-speaking travellers, we are looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals who can communicate confidently in Russian and English.
