Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • To adjust one's work schedule to warmly welcome guests and facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • To provide comprehensive support during guest check-ins, including distributing room keys and addressing any queries or special requests they may have.
  • To proactively cater to guest needs, intuitively addressing those that are unexpressed, while promptly fulfilling any explicit requests or concerns.
  • To enthusiastically promote tours and excursions to guests as an opportunity for enhanced experiences, aiming to maximize service offerings.
  • To diligently oversee the reservation process for tours and activities, ensuring high standards of service are consistently met.


What You Bring:

  • Possess a warm and inviting presence, coupled with robust interpersonal abilities, enabling one to intuit and meet the diverse needs of guests.
  • Proven track record in delivering tailored guest services, adeptly addressing inquiries and concerns, with a strong emphasis on efficient resolution of issues.
  • Well-versed in local attractions, dining options, entertainment spots, transit systems, and various other regional highlights to enhance guest experiences.
  • Equipped with an innovative mindset to devise inventive solutions swiftly, demonstrate agility in thought during unforeseen circumstances, and maintain poise under pressure.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiency; fluent in English along with proficiency in another European language such as French or German.
  • Solid background in a customer-focused position characterized by skills in resolving complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
