Reservations Consultant

As a Reservations Consultant at Belmond Safaris, you are part of a team that enhances guest experiences through personalized handling of reservation requests. ·         Processing guest bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.

·         Providing exceptional, personalized service to guests during the reservation process, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and questions.

·         Managing modifications and cancellations requested by guests, such as changing arrival or departure dates, room types, and other booking details.

Ensure all quotations are followed up on a regular basis in order to ensure maximum revenue.

·         Previous Reservations experience, within a Safari environment preferred.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Excellent customer service orientation.

·         High level of computer literacy.

·         Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

·         Exceptional telephone etiquette and mannerisms required.
