Primary Responsibilities Include
- Report directly to both the Supervisor and the Restaurant Manager.
- Collaborates with a diverse team that includes bar staff, servers from various dining venues, chefs, stewards, housekeepers, maintenance engineers, and other hotel employees as necessary.
- Oversees and directs F&B Attendant, distributing suitable tasks among them.
- Engages with hotel guests and visitors in the restaurant to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- Carries out managerial duties within the scope of restaurant operations.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverages, and working a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communications skills to interact with guests, with the kitchen and other staff members.
