Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room availability and guest requests
Handle guest calls, messages, and inquiries
Provide information about the hotel and local points of interest
Manage check-outs, payments, and any billing disputes
Confirm reservations/cancellations and prepare daily arrival & departure reports
