Your Role: As a Night Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for:Handling front desk duties during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service.Completing nightly checklists and posting room charges, taxes, and distributing F&B revenue.Performing daily PMS backups and weekly guest history backups.Preparing income journals, distributing G.R.R. & F&B reports to executives and department heads.Maintaining communication logs between night audits and accounting.Controlling guest checks for F&B outlets and providing final PMS reports to all departments.Delivering PMS backups to the accounting office and rebuilding room inventory/market segments.Running month-end reports on OPERA and other tools.Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

- Proficiency with OPERA property management systems.
- Passion for interacting with guests and working alongside a diverse team.

- Self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Problem-solving skills paired with a positive, can-do attitude.
