Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Restaurant Supervisor who is fluent in Arabic and possesses a strong background in Food and Beverage or hospitality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality in our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Motivate and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback.

Customer Service:Ensure a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for guests.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain high service standards.

Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure sufficient stock.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Quality Control:Maintain and uphold food quality and presentation standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
Implement improvements to enhance overall restaurant performance.

Communication:Effectively communicate with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
Background in Food and Beverage or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
2 years of relevant experience in restaurant supervision.
