You will be responsible for the smooth running of operations in our restaurant, under the responsibility of the F&B manager. You will help your superior to develop the Roman network of customers and business introducers.
• Generate emotion through the customer experience
• Manage and develop the restaurant
• Guaranty the quality of restaurant services in compliance with standards and ensuring that the service runs smoothly.
• Develop revenue and relationships with key partners
• Building customer loyalty and developing the customer base (updating the customer cardex)
• Ensure the proper management of human resources and operating expenses
• Ensure the recruitment and development of your staff
• Manage, motivate and organize the work of your teams
• Ensure compliance with schedules and working hours in line with business forecasts
• Maintain a strong presence in the field to support the teams and supervise the restaurant activities and guarantee customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage the restaurant payroll, the use of extras and overtime
• Ensure the proper management of equipment and merchandise stocks
• Ensure that inventories are checked
• Coordinate and optimizing communication between the different teams.
• Define, comply with and optimize the restaurant’s procedures, in line with Group procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Ideally, you will have trained in the hotel industry and have solid experience in all aspects of the F&B department. Fluency in English and a sense of customer service are essential for this position. As part of your job, you will have to adopt a fair and exemplary managerial stance, in line with the values of the Leitmotiv group.
You must be able to carry out your duties with attention to detail. You must be able to manage your priorities and solve problems using common sense. You will work consistently and attentively with your colleagues and be able to work independently.
This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the Roman environment and its players. It requires strong operational involvement, a willingness to share knowledge and goodwill towards colleagues, and the ability to lead by example.

I suoi tre spazi per il soggiorno e la ristorazione si integrano perfettamente con l'ambiente circostante. Il ristorante si estende su una terrazza e prosegue all'interno, affiancando un patio con una fontana e alcuni tavoli, offrendo un menu che celebra la tradizione culinaria italiana. Accanto, un bar-caffetteria crea un'atmosfera accogliente con tonalità scure e cremose, impreziosite da design in travertino italiano. Al tramonto, il bar sul rooftop, dedicato esclusivamente ai cocktail, offre una vista mozzafiato sui tetti romani. Al quinto piano, illuminata dalla caratteristica luce dorata di Roma, si trova la Spa firmata Susanne Kaufmann.
