Join a Premium Artisan Bakery and Help Showcase European Baking Excellence Internationally


As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Master Baker / Chef Artisan Boulanger to lead our premium artisan bread production operations in the United Arab Emirates.


We are looking for a passionate professional with extensive expertise in natural sourdough, long fermentation methods, and traditional French bread-making techniques. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing our bakery operations while preserving and promoting authentic French artisan baking traditions.


Candidate Profile

·      Minimum 15 years of experience in traditional French artisan baking.

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in a management, supervisory, or production leadership role.

·      Proven experience as a Master Baker, Head Baker, Chef Boulanger, Bakery Production Manager, or in a similar position.

·      Expert knowledge of natural sourdough and long-fermentation processes.

·      Extensive experience producing traditional French baguettes, sourdough breads, country loaves, specialty breads, and other premium artisan bakery products.

·      Strong leadership, team management, training, coaching, and mentoring skills.

·      Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.

·      Self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to excellence.

·      Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee all artisan bakery operations and daily production activities.

·      Plan, organize, and manage daily bread production schedules.

·      Ensure product quality, consistency, presentation, and compliance with company standards.

·      Develop, maintain, and monitor natural sourdough and long-fermentation processes.

·      Train, mentor, supervise, and develop bakery production teams.

·      Participate in new product development and recipe innovation.

·      Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

·      Optimize production performance while preserving authentic French artisan baking methods.

·      Work closely with senior management to support business growth and operational excellence.

  • EURO 60,000 to 65,000/ yr
