IVD Supervisor

Job Brief

The Food & Beverage Supervisor directly assists the operation of the Food & Beverage outlet assigns to by supervising and coordinating the team members in that section. He is responsible of the area in the absence of the responsible of the outlet.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Work closely with the outlet responsible to ensure and maintain quality standard of service.

·         To be aware of the food/beverages being served and have correct knowledge of the products.

·         Check safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet area.

·         Look after arrangement of group, VIP or special attention guests.

·         Coordinates/communicates guest wishes and needs immediately with all concerned departments.

·         Handle guest comments or other feedback, inform and discuss with the outlet responsible for improvement.

·         Assist the outlet responsible for the training and development of the outlet team members.

·         In coordination with the outlet responsible, handle staff and counsel them according to procedures and policies.

·         Attend and coordinate briefing, meetings and training sessions.

·         Intake and participate in Daily inventories.

·         Care and maintenance of equipment.

·         Perform any other duties as assigned by the responsible of the outlet.
