Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Outlet Manager to lead operations at our Constance Prince Maurice location in Mauritius. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of outlet management, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. You will be responsible for managing a diverse team, maintaining service standards, and driving sales growth whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Monitor stock, cash handling, and inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and company standards are maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Prepare basic sales and operational reports.

Qualifications

• NC3 in Food Beverage or any other qualifications.
• Proven experience in same position at least 2 years or similar position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
