Job Description

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering the spa. This role is responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome, efficiently handling bookings, promoting spa services and products, and ensuring a smooth and relaxing guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all spa guests warmly and ensure a high level of customer service at all times.

• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Schedule and confirm spa appointments using the booking system.

• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, retail products, and promotions.

• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

• Coordinate with therapists and other spa team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and retail displays.

• Handle guest concerns or complaints gracefully and escalate when necessary.

• Assist in inventory control and restocking of retail products.

• Uphold all spa policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or wellness is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in as in a spa, hospitality, or wellness environment.

• Proficient in English and French both in verbal and written.

• Proficient in using booking software and MS Office tools.

• Basic knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
