We are looking for a motivated Demi-Chef de Partie to join our multicultural kitchen brigade and ensure smooth, high-quality service for both our restaurant and banquet operations.

Specializing in Belgian cuisine with a twist, “Anna” is the perfect place to indulge in snacks and cocktails, entertain clients over breakfast or dinner, or recharge during a quick business lunch.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, standards, and instructions from the senior kitchen team
• Assist in the daily mise-en-place and ensure your section is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation at all times
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including HACCP procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods
• Assist with stock control, deliveries, and waste reduction practices

Profile

• Passionate about cooking and eager to develop your culinary skills
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef in a hotel kitchen
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to handle pressure during busy service times
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus)
