Gestiamo direttamente tre strutture alberghiere: Savhotel Fiera Bologna, Savhotel Aemilia Bologna e Savhotel Mantegna Padova. La posizione

Per Savhotel Aemilia Bologna, hotel 4 stelle situato a Bologna, siamo alla ricerca di un/una tirocinante da inserire nel reparto Ricevimento.

La risorsa sarà affiancata dal team di front office e, durante il percorso formativo, avrà modo di conoscere e apprendere le principali attività del reparto, tra cui:

accoglienza degli ospiti durante le procedure di check-in e check-out
gestione delle attività di front office e back office legate al soggiorno dell’ospite (controllo delle spese relative al pernottamento, consumazioni e servizi utilizzati, gestione delle prenotazioni, operazioni di cassa)
supporto nelle attività di assistenza al cliente e monitoraggio della soddisfazione dell’ospite
