Private Chef

We are seeking an experienced exceptional Private Chef to join a wonderful private household in London.

This Private Chef role is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Private Chef with a background in well organised private households, who can deliver consistently outstanding cuisine to the highest standards.

Start date: ASAP (notice periods accommodated)

The Private Chef will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily European Mediterranean meals, maintaining a well-organised and immaculate kitchen, and providing a seamless dining experience tailored to the principals’ preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Preparing high-quality, nutritious and well-presented meals on a daily basis

·       Designing bespoke menus tailored to the principals’ tastes and dietary requirements

·       Sourcing premium, seasonal and organic ingredients

·       Managing all aspects of kitchen operations including provisioning, stock control and cleanliness

·       Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times

·       Adapting to last-minute requests and changes in schedule

·       Preparing meals for guests and small events when required

·       Working closely with the household team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

·       Proven experience as a Private Chef. Strong culinary background with the ability to deliver a variety of cuisines to an exceptional standard

·       Experience preparing fresh, healthy and high-end cuisine within a private household

·       Highly organised with excellent time management skills

·       Calm, flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules

·       Discreet, professional and service-oriented

·       Excellent attention to detail
