Key Responsibilities

• Manage and own your section (prep, cook, plate)

• Supervise junior chefs and interns

• Uphold top hygiene & HACCP standards

• Assist with specials/menu planning

• Take part in stock control and inventory

• Support outdoor events and pop-up kitchens

You Must Have:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie OR strong Commis/Sous Commis background

• Right to work in the EU

• Good knife skills, plating, and classical techniques

• Flexibility, teamwork, and time management

• Passion for local produce and quality presentation

• Availability to start within 7–14 days
