Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel, a unique and innovative concept where a high-quality team strives daily to make each guest’s experience memorable. Located in a privileged setting, just minutes from the beach and less than an hour from Lisbon, we pay tribute to nature and hospitality.
ABOUT THE JOB
6 months contract.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the welcoming and overall customer service experience, carrying out check-in and check-out;
Handle accommodation reservations and follow up on related requests;
Respond to customer requests and any complaints;
Manage reservations and cancellations through the hotel’s platforms;
Work closely with the entire team;
Report any issues identified in your service or involving a guest to your supervisor;
Support other departments whenever necessary.

Additionally, we provide a meal card to all employees, in the amount of €6 per each effective working day;

ABOUT YOU
Friendliness and strong customer orientation, with attention to detail;
Organizational skills and a methodical approach;
Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, communication, and resilience in stressful situations (complaint handling);
Strong knowledge of English; French is a plus;
Knowledge of the Opera Cloud system (preferred).
