About the role: 

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking passionate and service-oriented Chef de Rang to join our team for the 2026 summer season. Opportunities are available in Il Palagio Restaurant (Breakfast Service)

and Al Fresco Trattoria (Dinner Service). As a Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will provide attentive and professional food and beverage service, anticipate guests’ needs, expertly guide them through menu selections, and create memorable moments that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

 

What you will do: 

  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. 

  • Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.   

  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards 

 

What you bring:  

  • +2 Years food service experience, ideally in a luxury environment.  

  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task 

  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine  

  • Proficiency in using the Micros Operating System. 

  • Fluency in English and Italian

Schedule & Hours:

•    Full time and seasonal contract. In this role, you will be required to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Work authorization for Italy is required at the moment of application.

The position is at the C2 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract’s minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience.
