Main Duties/Description:

• Transport food and banquets equipment to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle.
  
  
• Keep track of vehicle legal documents and make sure to renew on timely manner with help of the Government Relations Manager.
  
  
• Assist in setting up the venue and in preparing the mise en place for the operation.
  
  
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all banquets equipment and how to use it.
  
  
• Park vehicle in designated location when not in use.
  
  
• Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
  
  
• Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle and refuel as necessary.
  
  
• Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor.
  
  
• Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  
  
• Be familiar with the event schedule and locations and be ready to adapt to any last-minute changes.
  
  
• Demonstrate friendly and professional behavior with other employees and guests.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Must hold a valid heavy vehicle driving license issued in Kuwait.
  
  
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  
  
• 2 years' experience working as a Banquets Driver in a 5-star luxury hotel.
