About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  

The Role of Barista:

We currently have an opportunity for a Barista to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 

Reporting into the Assistant Restaurant Manager, The Barista will prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based coffee drinks beverages. Operate different kinds of commercial coffee equipment to produce select beverages; follows prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for a multitude of different beverages; memorize drink ingredients and specifications and be able to modify per guest request.

Our Ideal barista candidate will have:

Previous experience in fast paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience.

Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee beans and beverages. Coffee art sill.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
