CLUB REGISTRATION AGENT  

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Club Registration Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Club Registration Agent have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

• As a Club Registration Agent, this individual has the opportunity to be the first to welcome our residential guests. This individual should have the ability to showcase what Hualalai has to offer, the drive to go above and beyond, and anticipating and adapting to the need and inquiries of our members and residential guests will carry great weight in the success of this candidate. 
  
  
• Handles all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism – accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves Member and residential guest complaints. Responds to all requests in an accurate and timely manner. 
  
  

• Register and provide services as requested for Members, residential house guests and rental guests, including setting up temporary accounts, issuing guest cards and providing orientation to the property. 
  
  
• Is knowledgeable about relevant Member forms, residential guest forms and Daily Resort Guest Fees. 
  
  
• Clearly explain the processes involved in rental guest registration and relevant restrictions. 
  
  
• Quote and be familiar with resort fees and policies for current and future dates. 
  
  
• Handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously. 
  
  

• Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. 
  
  
• Communicate with supporting departments any necessary information or requests. 
  
  
• Accurately maintain registration files, records and all pertinent updated information. 
  
  
• Ascertain the owner/guest needs and correctly answer questions and concerns. 
  
  
• Build owner files, update spreadsheets, verify information for accuracy. 
  
  

• Read and understand spreadsheets and charts to ascertain availability. 
  
  
• Perform research in a timely manner where registration issues are of concern. 
  
  
• Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input registration and special arrangements. 
  
  
• Help ensure that the Club Concierge, and other common areas are in optimal condition of cleanliness and tidiness at all times. 
  
  
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Club Management team.  
  
  

• Comply with all Four Seasons’ guidelines, policies and procedures.

WHAT TO BRING  

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States  
  
  

• Previous administrative or Reservations Agent experience preferred, especially in a luxury environment. 
  
  
• Excellent communication skills. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. 
  
  
• Good computer skills with the ability to type at least 40 WPM. 
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.  
  
  
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
