The property will be spread over multiple low-rise buildings, consisting of 82 apartments, in the range from 3-6 bedrooms.  Operated by Four Seasons, the homeowners experience best in class amenities including a Bar-Lounge Area, Meeting Room, Kid’s Playroom, Golf Simulator, Cinema, Pool, and Fitness/Spa facilities.

As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.

As the leader in branded residences, Four Seasons currently operates 53 residential properties in 21 countries and 65% of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.

Summary of Responsibilities

The Director of Residences drives all leadership and management for all aspects of the Residential operation. They will be the advocate for homeowners and the homeowners governing bodies. They will be required to manage the luxury private residences with specific focus on the following attributes – Property Management, Asset Management, Financial/Legal Management, Homeowner Association Management (HOA), Residential Services & Lifestyle and People Management. 

Monitor the development and implementation of Residential brand strategies and support the team in delivering memorable resident experiences.  The Director of Residences will own the development and implementation of property-wide initiatives that deliver products and services that create owner engagement while remaining in-line with the Residential entity governing agreements.  Act as the liaison between the HOA and the Developer, and the Homeowner and foster positive relationships between all stakeholders.

Experience

Candidates must have strong residential operational background with strong emotional intelligence to enhance relations with all stakeholders. Ideal candidate will be a visionary leader that continuously seeks ways to enhance the resident experience and employee experience. Candidate must have 4+ years prior experience as a Director of Residences or equivalent experience 5-10 years of property management/residential operations and/or Hotel management.
