Görev İçeriği

Rezervasyon defterini uygun biçimde tutar. Rezervasyonları alır ve özel isteklerle telefondan ilgilenme sorumluluğuna ve kabiliyetine sahiptir. Misafirleri cana yakın bir tavırla karşılar ve veda eder. Yemek sırasında tüm misafirlere karşı candan ama rahatsız etmeyici tavır takınır Misafir istek ve şikayetlerini görüşmek üzere Restoran Müdürü ve Müdür Yardımcısıyla temas kurar. VIP misafirlerinin takibatını yapar, rezervasyonlar hakkında mutfak departmanıyla temas kurar. Menüleri yazdırır ve menülerin temizliğini sağlar. Misafirlere ait olan kayıp eşyaların takibatını yapar. Restoran misafirlerinin Vestiyer ihtiyaçlarını karşılar. Tüm gerekli toplantılara katılıp katkıda bulunur. İyi halkla ilişkiler olmasını teşvik eder ve misafirlerin şikayet ve endişeleriyle ilgilenir. Otel yönetimi ve personeli tarafından verilen diğer görev veya projeleri yapar. Tüm Yiyecek ve İçecek maddelerini tanır. Misafirlerin otelde bulunanlar ve gelecekler listelerini kontrol eder ve VIP misafirleriyle ilgilenir. our Seasons standartlarının sergilenmesinden sorumludur. Uygun çalışma şartları sağlamak için departman içindeki ilişkilere önem verir.
