The Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo is looking for a Fitness Instructor, who has strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and a passion for service.

Common Tasks:

•Build, Develop and maintain, Healthy, Fun, creative and enjoyable work environment.

•Knowledge spa and hotel offering

•Keep a flawless and transparent communication in the departments and hotel.

•Hands-on leaders/employees, Walks the talks

•Attention to details

•Name usage

•Accountable for my duties.

•Support Day to day operation

•Understand business needs

•Verify the condition of the tools needed by the team to achieve our tasks in the best conditions.

•Advocate of the spa while building and maintaining relationships with other department and suppliers

•Walkthroughs to ensure seamless operation and optimal guest experience.

•Proficient in using all computer systems relevant to my position.

•Analyze of problems solving, taking decisions, create and discuss process improvement.

•Participate to continually keep the Spas at the forefront of the industry.

Fitness Instructor Tasks

Ensures Fitness center Setups and facilities are ready for service.

Perform private and Group classes

Exhibit interest in creating an unique and excellent Guest Experience.

Respect all security process.
Execute Standards.
Participate to training.
Perform side-jobs to support the operation
When available participate to operational project.
