The most recent project- an outdoor swimming pool and bar with under-water music. The Hotel’s new pool area is a sophisticated oasis perfect for enjoying and relaxing dip with a refreshing drink. The Pool Bar’s menu offers a good selection of food, petiscos, drinks and Lisbon-inspired cocktails.

What will be your main responsibilities and duties:

Manages the Housekeeping staff to assure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.

Demonstrate a strong leadership presence for our guests, employees and suppliers;

Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Housekeeping and Valet departments;

Maintain a strong working relationship with our outsourced companies who are responsible for cleaning all guest rooms and public areas;

Achieve high standards of cleanliness, by working closely with outsourced teams and our internal supervisors;

Liaise with engineering, our off site laundry and front office departments to deliver optimum performance and collaboration;

Oversee stock control and inventory including sourcing new products, suppliers and keeping up to date with trends, etc.

What you will bring to us:

Excellent communication and organization skills;

Attention to detail and problem solving skills;

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;

The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country;

Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
