INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER 

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for an IT Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our IT Managers have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.  Must be a self-motivator.  
  
  
• Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications is desirable.  
  
  
• Reasonable cost analysis, cost management and budgeting skills. 
  
  
• Clear understanding of the purpose and reasons for internal controls. 
  
  
• Understand and familiar with hotel quality standards and service standards. 
  
  
• Strong commitment to service. 
  
  
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management. Must be able to assist hotel guests with technical requirements and problems.  Must be capable of training users with varying degrees of computer knowledge.  
  
  
• Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to Computer Systems and Telecommunications.  
  
  
• Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.  
  
  
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors while maintaining the confidentiality of Human Resources.

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 
  
  
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in IT, preferably in a hotel environment. 
  
  
• College Education or equivalent
