The role of the Lead Esthetician

The Esthetician is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Four Seasons standards throughout all procedures. The Lead Esthetician is responsible for supporting leadership in overseeing the training and scheduling of estheticians.  The Lead Esthetician must at all times display professionalism and attention to detail to serve as an example and leader to the estheticians.

Miscellaneous

Must have five years of experience as an esthetician and be licensed in the state of Maryland. Work authorization in the United States required.
