Lead Therapist

• Administer personalized, quality massage treatments with the established protocols. 
  
  
• Provide the guest with personal, gracious, and professional service, perceptive to their individual wants and needs. 
  
  
• Provide the guest with thorough knowledge of the sports, fitness, and recreational services offered at the Sports Club & Spa, and personalize these services into a comprehensive fitness program for the individual guest. 
  
  
• Provide the spa director with feedback on guest response to our service line, thereby actively creating the best possible spa menu for our guests. 
  
  
• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization for the Spa 
  
  
• Provide training and direction for massage therapists as required.  
  
  
• Ensure consisteny by therapist team to all service protocols, guest service standards, and draping guidelines. 
  
  
• Maintain the highest standards for operational protocols, including cleanliness and organization for treatment rooms  
  
  
• Promote services, retail, and other programs offered by the Spa, thereby enhancing guest experiences and assisting to achieve revenue goals  
  
  
• Organize and implement training for massage therapists on new and existing services, ensuring that protocols, processes, and procedures are understood and observed 
  
  
• Assist Spa leadership with schedule management procedures, including work distribution (balancing) and resource utilization (adding and reducing hours to meet business demands)  
  
  
• Restock massage product; Inventory and order massage products and supplies.  
  
  
• Communicate policies and procedures to the team  
  
  
• Practical interview and training of all new therapists; Organize and conduct on-going training for new protocols and product lines.  
  
  
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. 
  
  
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. 
  
  
• Requirement for Administrative time is minimum 6 hours per week
