Job Summary

Reporting to the Regional Director of Public Relations and Communications, the Marketing Executive, Restaurants and Bar will assist in planning, developing and managing R&B-centric promotions, launch/activations, partnerships, and strategies, including media relations and generating key areas of media coverage for all R&B outlets of the Hotel to achieve overall positioning objectives and contribute to achieving R&B revenue goals.

The incumbent will assist in the development of all marketing and advertising initiatives along with the execution of the annual R&B marketing plan. Focus includes reviewing the R&B promotion briefs, updating all online channels and collateral pieces, developing digital strategies to grow email database, creating and disseminating Electronic Direct Mail to our database and curating content for social media. He/she will also analyse monthly reports and financial performance of R&B marketing efforts and effectiveness of the promotions in order to improve on future strategies and provide management with a tangible action plan where necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in international luxury hotel groups with extensive R&B offerings.

  • Strong working marketing acumen, driven to maximise share of voice and reach.

  • Great communication skills and able to influence key stakeholders and senior management.

  • Competent in MS Office applications.

  • Due to work visa regulations and restrictions, position is open to Singaporeans only.
